Originally home to mammoths, saber-toothed cats, ground sloths, and mastodons many, many years ago during the Glacial Age, the land at and around Turkey Creek Ranch now houses a much different set of wildlife species. For your viewing and nature observation pleasure, this group now includes squirrels, badgers, raccoons, cotton-tailed rabbits, bull-snakes, foxes, ground hogs, beavers, coyotes, minks, otters, Bald Eagles, white-tailed deer, bobwhite quail, wild turkey, and much more.

Plant Species
